GETTING STARTED

The basics for setting up your workspace.

What is QuizTem?

QuizTem is an assessment workspace for teachers, schools, training programs, and learning communities. It brings quiz creation, delivery, and results into one clear flow.

Can I try QuizTem before committing?

Yes. You can create an account and explore the core workflow before deciding how broadly you want to use QuizTem.

Do students need a separate teacher account?

No. Students use the learner experience assigned to them, while educators work from role-specific QuizTem workspaces.

Does QuizTem work on phones and tablets?

Yes. Public and student experiences are designed to adapt to modern phones, tablets, and desktop browsers.

QUIZ CREATION

Build and refine assessments

Create useful quizzes without losing control of the details.

Which question types are supported?

QuizTem supports the question types enabled for your installation, including core automatically graded formats. The product continues to expand supported authoring interactions.

Can I save a quiz as a draft?

Yes. Draft-first authoring lets you build, review, and preview before publishing an assessment.

Can questions be organized by subject and topic?

Yes. Questions and exams can be structured around subjects and topics so educators can find and reuse material more easily.

Can I change a published exam?

QuizTem protects active assessment history. Changes that could affect attempts or results are guarded, while safe workflows keep existing learner records intact.

STUDENTS & RESULTS

Deliver calmly, understand quickly

What happens after an assessment is assigned.

How do students receive an exam?

Educators can assign assessments to eligible classes or individual learners inside the correct school workspace.

Are supported answers graded automatically?

Yes. Automatically graded question types can produce results without manual calculation.

Can educators review learner answers?

Yes. Authorized educators can review attempts and results within their organization and role boundaries.

Does opening a result change the score?

No. Viewing attempts and result details is read-only and does not create attempts, save answers, or recalculate scores.

SCHOOLS & PROGRAMS

Organize people and learning at scale

Structure for teams without unnecessary complexity.

Can QuizTem support multiple classes and subjects?

Yes. Schools can organize memberships, classes, subjects, topics, exams, and assignments within their organization.

How are permissions handled?

QuizTem uses role-aware organization memberships so administrators, teachers, and students see the workspace appropriate to them.

Can training programs reuse assessments?

Yes. Drafts, structured questions, and repeatable assignment workflows help programs deliver consistent checks across cohorts.

Can QuizTem be installed alongside another CMS?

Yes. QuizTem is package-first and can coexist with an optional CMS while keeping routes, tables, configuration, and authorization clearly separated.

PRIVACY & SUPPORT

Practical answers about access and help.

Who can see learner results?

Results stay scoped to authorized memberships, assignments, enrollments, and organization boundaries.

Does QuizTem create duplicate user accounts?
